The glass door to Frank's apartment is on the right at the top
of a very short flight of stairs. Nearby signs list the very high
17 foot ceilings of Frank's and an adjacent apartment as selling/leasing
incentives. Any buyer for Frank's apartment will need to find $314,000
Canadian for payment!
