Huttons on the corner of Worcester Street and Fitzgerald Avenue - in Heavenly Creatures, Juliet is driven here to shop for fruit shortly before her final visit to Pauline's house.

One of many central city buildings of the old University of Canterbury, now an arts centre.  Seen here is the corner of Worcester Street and Rolleston Avenue.

The old Magistrate's Court on Armagh Street (not far from the old CGHS) - a building which was undoubtedly familiar to Pauline and Juliet after their crime.

The nearby port of Lyttelton, just south of Christchurch, where all the Heavenly Creatures ship scenes were filmed.  Later, director Peter Jackson filmed most of the outdoor scenes of his movie The Frighteners in this same town.  A particularly mountainous section of the Banks Peninsula may be seen across the water.
